• Rescheduling: Changes to dates are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the CLICK DIGITAL website, including images, text, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of CLICK DIGITAL and is protected by copyright laws.

• Portfolio Images: Images displayed on our website are for portfolio purposes and remain our property.
• Client Images: Copyright of final delivered images is transferred to clients upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy includes:

• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellation 30+ Days: Full refund minus deposit
• Cancellation 15-29 Days: 50% refund minus deposit
• Cancellation Less than 15 Days: No refund
• Force Majeure: Exceptions may apply in cases of natural disasters or emergencies
